This year, our product ecosystem continued to evolve, especially as we expanded into the multifamily market. Creating a true solution for full operational control throughout scattered sites has been a challenge in the market for quite some time, but the BeHome247 Development team loves a challenge – and they always deliver!
In early 2025 we soft launched into a hard market with the new BeHome247 access control management solution, NEXO, and it has had a significant, positive impact! In a recent project we were able to successfully align operations for both Short-term Rental and Multifamily rental properties in one unified dashboard. This diverse portfolio consists of four buildings, 303 total units, 22 common area access points (grills/restaurant, maintenance shop, pools, and laundry) all securely managed from a centralized BeHome247 dashboard. The BeHome247 access control management software, NEXO, allows for groups, zones, and access points to grant or revoke access in a few clicks – you’re welcome ;). Operators have a single command center for every lock, credential, and connected device across scattered buildings – no matter the property rental industry. BeHome247’s secure self-guided tours need no introduction, but we’ll paint you a picture of the progress in 2025 and note the new bells and whistles installed. BeHome247 proudly powered 153K self-guided tours (93% increase YOY) throughout the Residential industry and we found the most popular touring times were between 4:00pm-6:00pm.
As always, we develop property rental solutions based on real customer feedback and needs. In our newly released, refreshed self-guided tour interface, now offers Google-based single sign-on (SSO), single click add tour event to calendar, and operators have the option for single ID verification – this solution serves to support a prospective renter who is touring multiple properties in a given time frame.
We elevated our fan favorite Linen Module to better allow teams to manage, forecast, and report on linens and consumables by category and unit count, all in one place. And to further streamline linen operations, we launched Custom Linen Tags, making it easy to standardize inventory tracking. Teams can now generate printable linen tag PDFs that capture key inventory details and export them for use across properties.
New reservation fields were released to better align and capture essential booking details. These enhancements allow teams better flexibility giving them the ability to tailor messages based off of additional reservation information.

As InHabit made the announcement to sunset LMPM, our account managers have been strategically supporting smooth transitions to new preferred PMS platforms that are integrated with BeHome247. Also turning heads, is the launch of Stakeholders Vacation Rentals(SHVR), a new alliance on the scene with well known veteran industry leaders aimed to preserve property management company (PMC’s) brands and independence while providing big company resources for scalable growth. SHVR has everyone’s ears and we too are eager to see their impact on the evolving short term rental industry.
