In Settings → Services → Manage Material, teams can create and manage a standardized inventory.

2. Attach Materials to Services

Materials and required quantities are assigned directly to recurring or task-based services.

3. Execute Work Orders with Pre-Loaded Inventory

When a service is triggered, the associated materials are automatically added to the work order. For non-standard tasks, technicians can manually add materials before closing.

4. Close Work Orders with Accurate Cost Data

At closeout, materials used, quantities, and cost responsibility (PM vs. Owner) are captured automatically. This creates a complete and auditable maintenance record.
